Wake Forest falls to Maryland, 74-55

The host Wake Forest Demon Deacons were no match for the Maryland Terrapins in a 74-55 loss.

In front of a sparse, unenthused crowd, the Demon Deacons fell behind in the opening minutes and never really threatened the Terps.

Wake Forest was sloppy with the ball, turning it over 18 times, and that lead directly to 24 Maryland points.

The 55 points scored by Wake Forest was their lowest output at Lawrence Joel Coliseum since 1999. ( Read More…)
